Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1982.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of Himachal Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 1981.
