The Essential Commodities (Himachal Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1986

(1) This Act may be called the Essential Commodities (Himachal Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1986. (2) It shall come into force at once.

After sub-clause (vi) of clause (a) of section 2 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in its application to the State of Himachal Pradesh, the following new sub-clause (vi-a) shall be inserted, namely:— "(vi-a) cases made wholly or partly of wood, card-board or straw;"
