Exemption from Stamp Duty and Registration

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any enactment for the time being in force no stamp duty will be payable for any document executed by a refugee or other person with regard to sale or lease or transfer by the State Government under this Act, nor will any registration under the Indian Registration Act be necessary to create any interest or title in any immovable property transferred by the State Government under this Act.
