(Alakh Prakash Goyal) Shimla University Establishment and Regulation Ordinance, 2012, is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal any action taken or anything done under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act. ___________
