Statutory text
- (1) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor in such manner and on such terms and conditions of service as may be specified by the statutes.
- (2) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified by the statutes.
