Relinquishment by tenant for a fixed term. No relinquishment of a tenancy shall be made by a tenant in favour of landowner. However, if a tenant wants to make a voluntary surrender of his tenancy land, the same shall be in favour of the State Government. The State Government shall have right to induct any suitable tenant or landless agricultural labourer to the relinquished land in the manner to be prescribed.
