Repeal and savings

The Himachal Pradesh Taxation (On Certain Goods Carried by Road) Ordinance, 1976 (Ord. No. 5 of 1976) is hereby repealed: Provided that anything done, any rule made or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, made or taken under this Act, as if it had come into force with effect from the 17th July, 1976.
