Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Taxation (On Certain Goods Carried By Road) Amendment Act, 2012. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, sections 2 to 6 shall be deemed to have come into force on 5th day of October, 1999.
