Repeal of Act No. 13 of 2005 and saving.-(1) The Himachal

Pradesh Sports (Registration, Recognition andRegulation of Associations) Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the principalAct ) is hereby repealed.

1. (2) The repeal of the principal Act shall not affect—
   • (a) The previous operation of, or anything duly done or sufferedunder the principal Act, or
   • (b) Any right, privilege or obligation or liability acquired, accruedor incurred under the principal Act, or
   • (c) Any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect ofany offence under the principal Act, or
   • (d) Any investigation, legal proceedings or remedy in respect ofany such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeitureor punishment as aforesaid, 1 Passed in Hindi by the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha. For Statement of Objections and Reason see R.H.P dated 24.2.2009 P. 7828&7830) and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted,continued or enforced; and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may beimposed as if the principal Act had not been repealed. ---------------
