THE HIMACHAL PRADESH REPEALING ACT, 1973
1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 1973.
- (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of

Repeal of certain enactments.- The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the fourth column thereof in their application to Himachal Pradesh.
