This Act gives the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission additional functions: conducting recruitment for posts in the institutions listed in its Schedule. It revalidates recruitment the Commission had already made for these institutions and requires it to furnish returns to the Government. The Government can amend the Schedule, and the Act overrides other laws.
