The Himachal Pradesh Prohibition of Smoking and Non-Smokers Health Protection (Repeal) Act, 2009

This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Prohibition of Smoking and Non-Smokers Health Protection (Repeal) Act, 2009.

(1) The Himachal Pradesh Prohibition of Smoking and Non-Smokers Health Protection Act, 1997 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any investigation, legal proceedings, penalty, forfeiture or punishment accrued or incurred under the Act so repealed, shall be continued or enforced and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the said Act had not been repealed.
