Repeal of Act No. l3 of 2007 and savings.- The Himachal Pradesh

Private Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007 is hereby repealed: Provided that such repeal shall not affect,-

1. (a) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Act; or
2. (b) any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said Act; or
3. (c) any investigation, legal proceedings or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid; andany such investigation, legal proceedings or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced and any such penalty, 1. (REGISTRATION AND REGULATION) REPEAL ACT, 2013 forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the provisions of the said Act had not been repealed : Provided further that anything done or any action taken, including any appointment or delegation made, notification, order, or directions issued, rule made, registration made, license granted, license fee or any other fee imposed, under the Act so repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Act No. 23 of 2010), be deemed to have been done or taken as if the Himachal Pradesh Private Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007 (Act No.13 of 2007) had not been repealed and any such appointment, delegation, notification, order, direction, rules, registration, license, duty, license fee or other fee shall continue to be in force accordingly until suspended. _____________
