Repeal and savings

(1) The Himachal Pradesh Preservation of Forests and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Ordinance, 1984 (2 of 1984), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act, as if this Act had come into force on 27th June, 1984.
