February, 2024, pp. 12692-12694. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Forty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (l) This Act may be

called the Himachal Pradesh Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 1995.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of Himachal Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for 1. Passed in Hindi by the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha.
