The Himachal Pradesh Democracy Sentinel Honour (Repealing) Act, 2023

Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Loktantra Prahri Samman (Repealing) Act, 2023.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April, 2023.

Repeal of the Himachal Pradesh Loktantra Prahri Samman Act, 2021.—The Himachal Pradesh Loktantra Prahri Samman Act, 2021 (Act No. 5 of 2021), is hereby repealed.

Saving.—The repeal of the Act under section 2, shall not affect the previous operations of the said Act or anything duly done or any action taken thereunder:

Provided that any right, privilege, title, facility, benefit or Samman Rashi being granted under the Act so repealed shall not continue after the commencement of this Act.
