Procedure in respect of inquiry. —

1. (1) Subject to the provisions contained in sub-section (2), the Lokayukta shall, in each case before it, decide the procedure to be followed for making an inquiry, and in so doing, ensure that the principles of natural justice are satisfied.
2. (2) Every inquiry under the Act shall, unless the Lokayukta for reasons to be recorded in writing determines otherwise, be conducted in camera.
