Statutory text
- (1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette of the State of Himachal Pradesh, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
- (2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly as soon as may be after they are made: Provided that the State Government may, for the purposes of sections 7 and 7-A of this Act, make rules with retrospective effect so as to be effective from any day on or after the 31st day of December, 1993.
