Title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954. (2) It extends to the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh immediately before 1st November, 1966. (3) It shall come into force on such day as the State Government may, by notification, appointed in this behalf.
