Power of entry

An employee of the Government, authorised in this behalf by general or special order by the Government, or the Special Officer appointed under section 6 may, at any time, after giving the grantee or any other person in possession of such forests and waste lands a reasonable notice, enter upon any land or premises in his possession and make any survey, examination or investigation, preliminary or incidental to the purposes of this Act.
