Certain enactments to cease to apply to Hindu Public Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments

On and from the date on which the provisions of this Act are made applicable to any Hindu Public Religious Institution and Charitable Endowment (hereinafter referred to as the "said date"), the provisions of any of the laws specified in Schedule-II which might be applicable to any public religious institution or charitable endowment shall cease to apply thereto: Provided that such cessation shall not in any way affect,-

1. (a) any right, title, interest, obligation or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred before the said date;
2. (b) any legal proceeding for any remedy in respect of such right, title, interest, obligation or liability, instituted before the said date; or
3. (c) anything duly done or suffered before the said date
