Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1968.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the 1[State of Himachal Pradesh].
- (3) It shall come into force on such date2 as the Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette, appoint.
