Disqualifications.

No person shall be eligible for appointment as a non official member, if he,—

1. (a) is not a citizen of India; or
2. (b) has not attained the age of 21 years; or
3. (c) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent authority; or
4. (d) is convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for an offence which

in the opinion of the Government, involves moral turpitude; or

1. (e) has been dismissed from the service of the Government for misconduct and has been declared to be disqualified for employment in public service; or
2. (f) is adjudged insolvent.
