Powers to make rules

(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act.

3[(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-

1. (a) the measures for evaluation of the fiscal position of the State Government under clause (f) of section 2;

3. (d) the form of statements for disclosure under clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 6; and
4. (e) the form of review report under sub-section (1) of section 7.]
