Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

4[(a) “building” means any structure whether of masonry, bricks, wood, mud, metal or other material;

1. (aa) “Director" means the Director of Fire-services appointed under section 4 of this Act;] (b) "fire fighting property" includes-
   • (i) lands and buildings used as fire stations,
