Powers of the Authority to charge fee, rent etc

The Authority may-

1. (i) with the previous approval of the Government charge fee or rent-

1. (a) for the parking of the buses/ taxis and other vehicles or for the facilities offered in this regard;
2. (b) for the amenities given to the passengers at bus stand; and
3. (c) for the use and enjoyment by persons, of facilities and other services provided by the Authority at bus stand.
   • (ii) with due regard to the instructions that the Government may, give to the Authority, from time to time, charge fee or rent from persons who are given by the Authority any facility for carrying on any trade or business at bus stand.
