Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

1. (a) "brick" means any piece of burnt clay fired in kiln and having a geometrical shape;
2. (b) "dealer" means any person who is engaged in the business of buying or selling, or otherwise dealing in, bricks, and includes his representative or agent;

4. (d) "kiln" means a structure used for burning bricks;
5. (e) "Official Gazette" means the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
