Severability

If any provision of this Act or any section, sentence, clause, phrase or words, or application thereof in any circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this Act and of the application of any such provision, section, sentence, clause, phrase or word, in any other circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
