CHAPTER-I PRELIMINARY
1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be
called the Himachal Pradesh Abadi deh (Record of Rights) Act, 2021.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
