The Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University (Amendment) Act, 2018
1. Short title
This Act may be called the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University (Amendment) Act, 2018.
4. Amendment of section 2 of Haryana Act 25 of 2016
In clause (q) of section 2 of the principal Act, for the words "Vishwakarma Skill University", the words and sign "Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana" shall be substituted. In the long title of the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University", the words and sign "Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana" shall be substituted.
5. Amendment of section 3 of Haryana Act 25 of 2016
In sub-section (1) of section 3 of the principal Act, for the words "Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University", the words and sign "Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana" shall be substituted. In the short title of the principal Act, for the words "Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University", the words and sign "Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana" shall be substituted.
