Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2026

1. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2026.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 3rd July, 2026.

In sub-section (1A) of section 5A of the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, for the words and sign “Director, Development and Panchayats Department”, the words “Deputy Commissioner concerned” shall be substituted.

1. (1) The Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Amendment Ordinance, 2026 (Haryana Ordinance No. 4 of 2026) is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
