Amendment of section 5 of Haryana Act 21 of 2009

In section 5 of the principal Act,-

1. (i) in clause (t), for the sign “.” existing at the end, the sign “;” shall be substituted; and
2. (ii) after clause (t), the following clauses shall be added, namely:- “(u) to maintain institutions, colleges and regional centers established by the University and to admit to its privileges, colleges, institutions and regional centers in the area specified under sub-section

1. (1) of section 3A and to disaffiliate colleges, institutions or regional centers, if they are not being run as per provisions of the Act, Statutes or Ordinances contained therein;
   • (v) to declare a college, institution, regional center or a department as an autonomous college, institution or regional centre or a department, as the case may be.”.
