The Sikh Gurdwara Committees Election (Validation) Act, 1954

(1) This Act may be called the Sikh Gurdwaras Committees Election (Validation) Act, 1954. (2) It shall come into force at once.

No election to a Sikh Gurdwaras Comiitiee shall be void mcrely on the ground that the Returning Officer for any such Committee constituency was no1 appointed in accordance with the rules madc under the Punjab Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1925 (Punjab Act 8 of 1925).
