The Payment of Wages (Haryana Amendment) Act, 1985

1. This Act may be called he Payment of wages (Haryana Amendment) Act, 1985.

2. After the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, the following further proviso shall be added, namely:- “Provided further that the State Government may transfer any matter from one authority to the other authority.”
