The Motor Vehicles (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2019

This Act may be called the Motor Vehicles (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2019.

For clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 65 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- “(h) the exemption of prescribed persons or prescribed classes of persons from payment of all or any portion of the fee payable under this Chapter retrospectively or prospectively;”.
