1. Short title
This Act may be called the Maharishi Balmiki Sanskrit University, Kaithal (Amendment) Act, 2021.
4. Amendment of section 2 of Haryana Act 20 of 2018
In clause (n) of section 2 of the principal Act, for the words "Maharishi Balmiki", the words "Maharishi Valmiki" shall be substituted. In the title of the Maharishi Balmiki Sanskrit University, Kaithal Act, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "Maharishi Balmiki", the words "Maharishi Valmiki" shall be substituted.
5. Amendment of section 3 of Haryana Act 20 of 2018
In sub-section (1) of section 3 of the principal Act, for the words "Maharishi Balmiki", the words "Maharishi Valmiki" shall be substituted. In the short title of the principal Act, for the words "Maharishi Balmiki", the words "Maharishi Valmiki" shall be substituted.
6. Amendment of Schedule of Haryana Act 20 of 2018
In the Schedule of the principal Act, for the words "Maharishi Balmiki", wherever occurring, the words "Maharishi Valmiki" shall be substituted.
