Repeal.

Statutory text
(1) The Evacuee Interest (Separation) Second Supplementary Ordinance, 1960 (Punjab Ordinance No. 5 of 1960), is hereby repelaed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or action taken under the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Second Supplementary Ordinance, 1960, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 29th September, 1960.
