The Criminal Law Amendment (Extension) Act, 1957

(1) This Act may be callcd the Criminal Law Amendment (Extension) Act, 1957. (2) It shall come into forcc at once.

So much of thc Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932, as amended from rime tc time as extcnds to the tcrri~ories which imrncdiateIy before the 1st November, L956, werc compriscd in \he Sr;ir~ ol Purljab and rclates ro matters with respect LO which the Stile Legislature has power to make laws For the Slate, is hereby extenced to and shall bc in force in lhe territories which immediately before the said date, were cornpriscd in the State of Patiala and East Punjab Un:on.

The Chriminal Law Amendmen1 (Extension) Ordinance, 1%7 (Ordinance No. 8 of 1957). is hereby repealed.
