Haryana State Commission for Women (Amendment) Act, 2026

1. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana State Commission for Women (Amendment) Act, 2026.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 9th July, 2026.

Repeal and savings

1. (1) The Haryana State Commission for Women (Amendment) Ordinance, 2026 (Haryana Ordinance No. 5 of 2026) is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. Repeal and savings.
