Recovery of immovable property unlawfully alienated.

(1) Whenever it comes to the notice of the Board that any immovable property belonging to the Shrine has been alienated in contravention of the Act, it shall refer the matter to the Government. (2) Upon receipt of a reference made under sub-section (1), the Government shall hold a summary enquiry in the prescribed manner and on being satisfied that any such property has been so alienated, shall deliver possession of the same to the Board.
