(1) This Act may be called the Haryana Service of Engineers, Group A, Public Health Engineering Department Act, 2009. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 20th March, 2009. (3) It shall apply to the persons who are members of the Service and have been appointed on or after the 20th March, 2009.
