  1. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana service of Engineers, Group A, Irrigation Department Act, 2010.
  2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of November, 1966.
  3. (3) It shall apply to the persons who are members of the Service but shall not include the persons who were appointed before the 1st day of November, 1966.
