Statutory text
(1) The Board may with the prior approval of the State Government create such posts and appoint officers and servants thereto as it may consider necessary for the efficient discharge of its duties. (2) The conditions of service, functions and duties of the officers and servants of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed.
