Appeals from orders of requisitioning
The Haryana Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1973(I) Any person aggrieved by an order of requisition made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 3 may, within twenty-one days from the datc of service of rhe order, prefer an appeal to the State Government : Provided that the State Government may en tcrtain the appeal after the expiry of the said period of twenty-onc days, if ir is satisfied that the appe11ant was preven tcd by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time. (2) On rcceipt of any appeal under sub-section (I), the State Government may, after calling for a report from the competent authority and giving an opputunity to' the partics of being heid and after makj ng such further inquiry, if any, as may be nece,ssary. pass such orders as it thinks fit and the order of the State Government shall be final. (3) Where an appeal is preferred under sub-section (I), the State Government may slay the enforcement of the &der of the competent authority for such period and on such conditions as it thinks fit.
