Access to crusher by inspecting staff.

The owner of the crusher shall provide to the inspecting staff access to the crusher to facilitate the inspection in the matters relating to the operation of crusher oil and lubricants used for captive generation of power, provision of first and facilities and arrangements for suppression of dust or relating to any other matter, as may be prescribed.
