Members and staff of Claims Tribunal to be public servants.

The Presiding Officer and other members, the Claims Commissioners, and the officers and other employees provided to the Claims Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act No. 45 of 1860).
