Amendment of section 2 of Haryana Act 21 of 1974.

For clauses (a) and (aa) of section 2 of the principal Act, the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—

'(a) "Commission" means the Haryana Public Service Commission;'. In the long title of the Haryana Public Service Commission (Additional Functions) Act, 1974 (hereinafter called the principal Act), for the words "local bodies' officers and other body corporate's officers", the words "local bodies' officers" shall be substituted.
