Disqualifications

No person shall be eligible for appointment or continue as a Chairperson or member, if he,- (i) has been associated with a private technical educational institution; or (ii) has been declared by the competent court to be of unsound mind; or (iii) is an undischarged insolvent; or (iv) has been convicted by any court for an offence involving moral turpitude.
