Amendment of section 2

After clause

1. (f) of section 2 of the Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed (Preservation and Development of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Sector) Act, 2001 (hereinafter called the principal Act), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:--
2. (ff) "lean period" means the period commencing on 1st April and ending on 30th June of every year when milk production gets reduced due to climatic and biological reasons;
