1. Short title

This Act may be called the Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Repeal Act, 2018.
2. Repeal of Haryana Act 13 of 2014
Statutory text
The Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, is hereby repealed.
3. Saving
Statutory text
Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (Central Act 7 of 2014).
